Commercial Lease Commision

* Collegiate Toro (Zamora)

= This summer I watched this masterpiece of Romanesque / Gothic ... with both the northern gates (with images of medieval musicians thirteenth century) and the western porch (with its impressive sculptures that retains much of its original polychrome).
-
= North Portico:

= Western Gateway:

= The door has started early century XIII Romanesque to 1230 (lower columns) but it is not Construction stopped because ... the resumed forty-five years later to 1275 changed the Gothic style (of the great figures up) ending with the year 1295 ...
-
= I call attention to the large figures for the clarity with which they see their clothing and accessories ... perhaps because of its size and proximity ... one of them looks like a beggar hangs the belt ... other two figures are about Boinet in their heads ...
-
= The archivolts figures are filled with many details ... in the upper archivolt are references to heaven and hell ... at the bottom is a picture of paradise curious: Purgatory ...

= In the rest of the archivolts images are of women saints, bishops and abbots, male martyrs, kings and apostles and angels ...

= In the tympanum is the coronation of the Virgin ... and on the lintel of the transition stage of the Virgin and a group of apostles ... __________________________________________________
